WOLVERHAMPTON U3A TRIPS
TUESDAY 24th AUGUST 2010
NATIONAL MEMORIAL ARBORETUM
Departing 9.30 from Bus Stop outside Bantock Park entrance. Estimated Cost for Coach £10 each (reduced if all 49 seats on coach are filled). NMA entry is free. Guided walks leave the Visitor Centre throughout the day (£2 a ticket, purchase on arrival, if you wish) also Land Train every 30 minutes (£2.50, purchase a ticket from the operator). Visit Lichfield in the Afternoon, then return home.

Baths and Leisure Centre |
There are activities that currently take place at Central Baths that members may wish to access, and as a special offer Ann has a leaflet for a FREE Induction to the fitness suite. To access this members will need to bring proof of membership of Wolverhampton U3A.
Free Swimming
People aged 60 years and over can swim free until 31st March 2011.
You just need to show proof of age and your card is valid at Central Baths and Bilston Leisure Centre.
You can swim during public swimming times, 50+ sessions, ladies only and adult only sessions.

Monday 9.00am - 11.00am
Tuesday 9.00pm - 10.00pm
Gym:
Monday 9.00am - 11.00am
Tuesday 8.00pm - 10.00pm
Steam Room:
Monday 9.00am - 11.00am
Tuesday 7.00pm - 9.30pm
50+ Sessions:
Tuesday 10.00am - 12.00noon
Saturday & Sunday 8.00am - 4.00pm
